JOEY gift cards are available as physical cards for mailing throughout Canada or United States or as an electronic print out sent via email. Orders are processed daily and cards are sent via standard Canada Post. Please allow proper delivery time.Guests must have the plastic, electronic or digital printable format of the gift card in their possession to receive the value of the card.

Gift cards are not returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred for value, except to the extent required by law. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards will not be canceled or replaced without card number and proof of purchase. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Gift cards purchased or bartered from sources other than JOEY Restaurants licensed vendors (“Unlicensed Vendors”) are not valid or redeemable. JOEY Restaurants is not responsible for honouring a gift card purchased from an Unlicensed Vendor. Gift cards may not be resold by any Unlicensed Vendor or individual under penalty of law. If the gift card was purchased through an “Unlicensed Vendor,” JOEY Restaurants reserves the right to refuse providing any additional card information. Please contact us at giftcards@joeyrestaurants.com to obtain a list of JOEY Restaurants-licensed vendors prior to purchase.

In limited circumstances, gift cards provided as promotional bonus or otherwise for promotional purposes may contain an expiration date. Notice of expiry date will be given at the time of purchase and displayed on the card.

Attention CIBC credit card holders: It has come to our attention that you may be charged a cash advance fee by CIBC when purchasing e-gift cards. This is not our fee and not the fee of our gift card processor CashStar. Please be aware before making an online gift card purchase and reach out to CIBC.
